• Handles of utensils are charred to help the wood resist moisture and oils from your hands, ensuring that they will last.
• Beech Wood – Traditional American hardwood for utensils. A strong, close-grained hardwood with a pale, creamy color, beech wood is naturally food-safe, anti-microbial and resists absorbing odors or stains. Its fine texture makes it ideal for precise, long-lasting kitchen tools.
