Breakage Inquiries

We try our best to ensure that all items arrive to their new homes safely, unfortunately we do lose a few pieces every year to breakage. If you have received a piece of pottery or other item that is broken, please fill out the form below within 3 days of it arriving.

Once our team has reviewed your submission, we will reach out to let you know when to expect a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, shipping expenses cannot be refunded.

We do not accept any inquiries for broken pottery without an order number or verification of proof of purchase.
